EULAR 2026

The ASIF team attended EULAR 2026 in London, from 3 to 6 June. The congress provided an expansive scientific programme as well as a dedicated PARE (People with Arthritis and Rheumatism in Europe) programme, aimed at those working with patient organisations and people who live with rheumatic conditions.
In between meetings with key stakeholders and informing people about IMAP and other projects at the ASIF booth, the team attended a range of sessions. A consistent message across them was that access to care remains a major challenge. Improving access requires coordinated action across healthcare systems, policymakers, clinicians, and patient organisations.
Within the EULAR Report you can watch videos of speakers and ASIF members talk about the sessions they attended.
For the first time, ASIF Trustee Geraldine Bonites from Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis Association of the Philippines, attended EULAR. Her report provides an insight into what it is like to attend EULAR and highlights the knowledge she gained from the sessions.
