ASIF Council Meeting 2026

 

We are excited to announce the 2026 ASIF Council Meeting in Athens, Greece in 2026. We hope to welcome more of our members than ever before, making this an unmissable event!

Please save the date and make plans to join us in Greece.

Since 1988, ASIF has held a Council Meeting every two to three years – now taking place biennially. This gathering brings together representatives from ASIF member organisations around the world to share ideas, knowledge, and experiences. The programme combines inspiring keynote talks from leading figures in the global axSpA community with interactive workshops and discussions on key issues – from axSpA care to managing patient organisations. It’s also a valuable opportunity to network, strengthen connections, and, of course, enjoy plenty of fun along the way. You can find the report from our meeting in Bogotá in 2024 here.

 

There will be a registration fee, however ASIF subsidises the event and we will keep it as low as possible. In addition, you will need to fund your travel. We will provide information on the eligibility for travel grant applications over the coming weeks.

These meetings are a wonderful celebration of our incredible community. We hope you can join us, and we look forward to sharing more information with you soon.
