AI and how it can benefit patient organisations

AI and how it can benefit Patient Organisations: Webinar

We use AI every day in our personal lives – in our satnav in the car, our TV and music platforms, predictive text when writing messages etc – and many of us have started to use it in our professional lives as well. AI is well and truly here and can have huge benefits for patient organisations, enabling us to do much more than ever before and for fewer resources.

At the end of November, we ran two webinars (to accommodate different time zones), focusing on how AI can support the work of a patient organisation. Prior to the webinar, participants provided input into their experience with AI and what they wanted to learn more about, enabling us to tailor the content to the attendees. Ravi Ruparel and Aga Druzgala from Platform demonstrated how AI can assist patient organisations with  writing content, creating images and building websites, they discussed the challenges around chatbots on websites and which AI platforms are better for different tasks.

If you missed the webinar, you can watch it on demand on YouTube.
